Kelsi's senior session

Recently, I was able to photograph this darling senior named Kelsi! She was seriously a JOY to photograph. I was grinning from ear to ear on my way home because her pictures were so fun! She has a totally infectious smile and couldn't have been more excited about senior pictures! Her and her mother were both such fun.

We took all of these shots at her home! Can you  believe it? You can find beauty in any place. You don't always have to travel too far. They had some gorgeous gardens in the backyard and a lot of beautiful land to play with. I took all these shots fairly close to the "golden hour" starting at 7:00 PM. Behind the Scenes of the Hunger Games Photoshoot

Some of you may remember a few weeks ago when I posted my Hunger Games stylized photoshoot and my promise for some behind the scenes shots. Well here they are! A big THANK YOU to Jean Loper Photography for all the behind scenes shots. She was an enormous help during this shoot and I couldn't thank her enough for all her hard work. 

Fun tid-bit. One of the last shot is of a group of onlookers during the shoot. There was a large group of girls wandering around the park area and caught a glimpse of the shoot. They were ALL so very excited and kept calling out "Peeta and Katniss" and squealing! Needless to say, it made my model's faces blush and me a bit too. Too fun and we were able to get one shot of some of the girls watching :)

I always think it's fun to see just what goes into a photographer's shoot so these kind of candid shots can be really interesting! As you can see, I have included some of my shots to give you an idea of my results in these behind the scenes snip-its! Hope you enjoy and let me know what you think!
