My sweet mother-in-law Tammy bought me all the supplies to make this DIY Nessie plushie for my birthday! Being that I have extremely below average skills with a needle and thread, she helped me immensely through the whole process of putting him together. I managed to sew and cut a few parts myself! First time using a sewing machine in about 10 years... We Lived Happily Ever After has a free pattern and step-by-step instructions for creating this kid friendly cutie. Isn't he adorable?!? I'm loving his happy little face and little flippers. I think his permanent resting spot will be on the guest bed of our future home. He just needs to be on display.
