Who likes funfetti and oreos? Well I do so I made these yummy cupcakes for Christmas eve with the family! Really simple and cheap. :)
Mix the cake batter up according to the directions. I used funfetti, but you could use any of your favorite batters. I bet a chocolate batter with chocolate cookies or white batter with chocolate cookies would be good to me!
Drop about a spoonful of the batter to the bottom of the cupcake liner (enough to coat the bottom), then lay a cookie on top!
Now take a heaping spoonful and cover the cookie. Don't overflow your cupcake liner, but make sure that the cookie is covered fairly well.
Frost and decorate to your heart's content! Enjoy and have a wonderful Tuesday. Hope this post didn't mess anyone up on an anti-sweets new years diet like I'm on. This was a hard post to work on ;P
these are cute and fun!! did you come up with this idea on your own? I am definitely pinning this.
ps - i havent forgotten about the blog ad swapping. things are going a little slower than i anticipated.
