As a lot of you probably know, I am a book collector with an ever growing collection. One thing I especially love are children's books. I grew up spending SO much time at the library sometimes multiple times a week. I am a sucker for beautiful illustrations and old books that remind me of my childhood. So when I happened upon these fun books at a local Homeschool book fair, I snagged them! Some of the illustrations are just gorgeous. Especially the ones in My Daddy Longlegs. I HATE spiders and bugs with a firey passion and fear them with every fiber of my being. BUT, this sweet potrayal of these demon bugs will hopefully help my future children look at them in a different light. I would like very much to not pass on my silly phobias.
I grabbed an old Beatrix Potter book, a book about mushrooms, a book about a fair hosted by Corgi puppies (SO MUCH CUTE AHSAJKHALKJDHALKJDHA), and a whole bunch of other goodies. I am looking forward to putting them to good use with my kids one day. NOTE: I am not pregnant. Because that was the question you all wanted to ask.
