Last week I found my new favorite DIY, silhouette reading lamps. The ladies over at Chic and Jo put up a step by step tutorial to achieve this magic look. Here's how I did the project. I didn't have a lot of glue and I was afraid it would melt, so I used tape instead...
- Cut out your design or phrase from black construction paper.
- Tape the design to the inside of your lamp shade.
That's it! SO simple. The only time consuming part was cutting out the phrase. That took me a bit. You can find a template for the phrase over at Chica and Jo! Or you can make your own. I was pretty excited about this one though since I am seriously IN LOVE with the show Once Upon a Time. Hope you are all having a wonderful day!
