I love giving people peeks into my editing process and since I had so many requests for more Before & Afters as of late, I decided to share with you all my steps to take the image on the left, to look like the image on the right! Here we go!
#1 is straight out of the camera! No editing done whatsoever. Now, #2 has contrast added. That was my first step!
#3 is after I adjusted Color Balance. I added blue tones to all the green in the image. This subdued the yellowy tone of the grass. #4 is extra contrast and darkening of the edges of my image.
Next I applied a custom, home-made action to give it a foggy/grain tone! And I'm done! What do you guys think? Do you like the end result more or do you like it straight out of the camera :) I love feedback!
