Last week, me and Grant made homemade pizza for dinner! He had his own red sauce pizza, and I had my own whole wheat, white sauce pizza with feta, turkey pepperoni, red onion, green pepper and olive! As some of you already know, since I've mentioned it before, I cannot have tomatoes. When I get pizza, it's always a garlic parmesan style sauce or a pesto sauce!
Want to learn how to make your own white garlic parmesan sauce for a pizza? Here's what you need:
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and stir on medium heat until thickened. If TOO thick, add a little bit of milk.
Spread over your pizza crust and add toppings! So good...
Goes well with a Greek salad! OM NOM NOM. Oh and my new favorite soda called Virgil's Dr. Better. It's an all-natural cane juice Dr. Pepper-like soda. YUMMO!
